hey
im having computer problems, stupid computer wont go on mu cause of some gg error. until i get this resolved i wont be on

no i dont have it fixed yet, its error1000-113 i believe, gg works up till the splash screen goes away and the mu box is supposed to show up and then nothing happens. after that my whole comp freezes up and i have to shut it down

it basically said game guard had an error and if it keeps happening to contact webzen. i sent them a msg 2 days ago and the confirmation email i was supposed to get never came through. so im not really sure what to do next...

no idea what im going to do now, so im redownloading and installing mu. I hope that fixes it :/

never had a problem with it before, but i did mail webzen again and this time they mailed me a confirmation that they had recieved my problem request. not sure yet how long it will be until it will be fixed though...

that is what i thought wiht my anti-virus, and i couldnt play because it quarantined my Main.exe, and launcher and Gameguard, because it acts like a computer scanner and scans ur pc for hacks and stuff, that is how webzen knows if u bot aalot or hack, because it sees a hack or bot in your pc that u use specific for Mu or something for games.

i have Avast Anti-virus for my Anti-virus and it still sees gameguard as a threat but doesnt quarantine it so i can play game still. MacAFee quarantines it so you cant play anything at all on it even when you remove the stuff from quarantine it reputs it their AS SOON as u start game

i have avast as well and it has never done that. i think mcafee does that because it has a firewall program integrated into its antivirus. part that really sucks is i just bought a 30 day wealth seal, and now i cant use it :/

wow 8 days and webzen finally emailed me back, im curious if the update to the loader fixed the problem or not but i send the files gg said to send anyway

nope the game still doesn't work, i defragged yesterday thinking that may help but nope. send the erl files last night so we will see how long it will take for them to email me the results

here's a question or 3 for ya:

have you installed any new software lately?

have you updated windows lately?

have you updated any drivers lately?

updated drivers/new software/windows updates CAN cause problems with GG on occasion.

well, my point is, that maybe one of those updates has caused the problem...some times updated graphics drivers or some windows updates will be to blame...did webzen ever get back to you on your ticket?

they havent gotten back to me yet on it, i dont think its the updates though because it worked fine when i did them

go to "start", then go to bureau-accesoires (with paint and calculator and stuff)
you will see a subcatogory "system tools". then to system recovery.

should be able to have somekinda 'rollback' on your computer with that..
just follow the steps..

most computers make a recovery point automatically.. hope yours also does.. (mine doesnt.. oops)

might work for you..
